Private detective Abraham Gentry (Frank Kress) cuddles a black cat while reading the gory details about a murder in the local paper.
After hearing a knock at the door, Gentry then puts the cat into a sideboard cupboard for safe keeping. The only problem is that you never see him let the cat out again! Given that this low-budget film was shot in two weeks, it's maybe just a plothole.
