There aren't any cats in this movie about dogs going on a killing spree until this one appears at the very end.
"Officials say that, as far as can be determined, only dogs are now being affected. Stay tuned to this station for further developments."
Cut to a cat meowing, freeze frame, and roll end credits over the top... dum dum daaaah!
Apparently, there was going to be a sequel entitled "Cats", but production was cancelled when "Dogs" failed at the box office.
