Robert Miles (Patrick Magee) is a psychic who has the ability to control the mind of his black cat to take vengeance upon his enemies. But, as we all know, cats control humans not the other way around. Soon the cat uses Robert Miles to get revenge on him instead.
Lucio Fulci's film bears very little relation to Edgar Allan Poe's original story apart from the final walled-in scene.
