Yet another derivative ABC television movie reworks the plot of "The Mummy" to finally bring back a priestess from the Egyptian cult of Bast with obvious consequences for those who removed the amulet that imprisoned her spirit. Obviously, she comes back as a cat.
One of the things that this black cat does is to telepathically force a young shop girl, Sherry Hastings (Renne Jarrett), to leap to her death from the balcony of her apartment. Remember that normal cats don't do things like that and this is a "cat creature".
