Jack is the leftover-pizza-eating feline companion of Detective Russell Logan (Lou Diamond Phillips) and provides a hissing, post-nightmare jump scare later on.
Between Jack's two appearances, an alley cat distracts detective Carmen (Sue Giosa) just long enough for the Pentagram Killer to abduct her.
